Accessibility Statement

Staffly is built to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology. We're targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our benchmark, and treat this as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checklist.

What we've built in

• Semantic HTML landmarks (nav, main, footer) and a "skip to content" link on every page.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Form fields with associated labels, inline error messages, and status announcements.
• Color combinations chosen for sufficient contrast against our light background.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences — animations are minimized if your system requests it.

Known limitations

This is a genuine, ongoing effort rather than a certified audit. Some interactive components (like data tables and dropdowns) have not yet been tested with every screen reader combination. We don't want to overstate compliance we haven't formally verified.
