You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Staffly to:
- Violate Discord's or Roblox's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Harass, defame, or falsely accuse any individual through moderation logs or applications.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, community, or our infrastructure.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Your content
You retain ownership of the moderation notes, application answers, and other content you submit. You grant us a license to store and display it back to you and your community as part of operating the service.
Communities and roles
Whoever creates a community is its Owner and is responsible for who they invite and what permissions those members have. We are not a party to disputes between a community's Owner and its members.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers
Staffly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staffly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
